This website is operated by Aeipathy Studio. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Aeipathy Studio. Aeipathy Studio offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.


PAYMENT

We accept payment vis PayPal and Stripe. 25% MOMS is included in the product price. We reserve the right to edit, or cancel orders at anytime for any reason in the case of stock errors or services that cannot be rendered.

SHIPPING and Delivery

Workshops and events are a physical service only available to the local area.

Dried Floral products are only shipped within the EU. Fresh flowers are only delivered locally. For all other products, they are available internationally. We aim to send shipments within 3 days of placing an order, and Packages arrive in 2-5 days (Denmark), 3-7 days (EU), and 7-15 days (International). We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages in the postal service. We do not offer compensation or refunds for lost or damaged packages.

*Corona may cause some delays with shipping packages.

Delivery: Shipping costs will vary depending on the size of the parcel, and if you select tracking or no tracking. Please find current rates on the check out page after adding the items to your cart.

Pick-up: For wedding orders, or fresh flowers, you have the option to pick up your order at our home studio in Østerbro. This is a private address and pick-ups are arranged by appointment only.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Products (ribbons, naturally dyed items, etc.): For physical products, we offer a 14-day return policy if you are not satisfied. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We do not provide return shipping. This cost is placed on the buyer.

Services: There are no returns or exchanges on services, events or workshops already rendered.

CANCELLATIONS

Tickets to events or workshops can be cancelled up to 5 days prior to the date of the event. After this, we are not able to offer any refunds.

We reserve the right to cancel workshops and events at any time due to (but not limited to) sickness, weather or natural disaster, venue complication or low enrolment. A cancelled workshop will result in a full refund.

General

~We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

~You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

~We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

~We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

~Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
